Abstract
The Tours university hospital management team describes how, based on its previous experience in participative management, it has promoted allied healthcare research. The approach applied to the support of nursing and allied healthcare research hospital programmes aims to bring about an evolution of managerial practices which specific research should demonstrate. © 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS
L’équipe de management du centre hospitalier universitaire de Tours (37) revient sur comment, à partir de son expérience ancienne en management participatif, elle a promu la recherche paramédicale.
La démarche appliquée à l’accompagnement des programmes hospitaliers de recherche infirmière et paramédicale (PHRIP) vise une évolution des pratiques managériales qu’une recherche spécifique devrait démontrer.
