Abstract : Identified as a strategic focus at the end of 2016, quality of work life (QWL) is a key lever which can be mobilised by any healthcare facility wanting to retain staff and improve the quality of service provided. A national experimentation project was launched in order to promote actions and facilitate exchanges regarding best practices in this area. Two examples of ‘QWL clusters’, a scheme favouring discussion around subjects such as work content, quality of care, work-life balance, in particular, may inspire hospitals to undertake such an approach.
