Les pôles de prévention et d’éducation du patient de Picardie: Partie 1. L’historique du processus
Abstract
To respond to the priority of health problems in the Picardy region (France), including a lack of medical care and an increase in cardiovascular mortality, the region has unique structures dedicated to prevention and patient education. The history of such a construction is presented in the first part of the text, and then in the second part, we describe the different actions taken by the managers of each team.
Afin de faire face aux problèmes de santé qui frappent la région Picardie (en France), à une sous-médicalisation et à une surmortalité notamment cardiovasculaire, la région s’est dotée de structures originales : des pôles de prévention et d’éducation du patient . L’historique d’une telle construction est présenté en premier lieu. Ceci constitue la première partie du texte ; nous donnons ensuite, dans la seconde partie, la parole aux responsables de chaque équipe et à nos partenaires.
